Accuracy
We try to keep formulas correct. Tax rates are statewide averages or simplified percentages, not your county bill or Form W-2. Lenders use different PMI, insurance, and fee schedules. You are responsible for verifying figures before you sign.
User conduct
Do not use the site to break the law, to interfere with other visitors, or to submit abusive contact messages. We may refuse or ignore mail that is spam.
